  As we have covered in a prior post, the electronic recordkeeping deadline was moved from July 1, 2017, to Dec. 1, 2017, after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) filed a notice of proposed rulemaking. 23 May OSHA Delays July 1 Electronic Reporting Requirement

09 Jan OSHA Issues Enforcement Guidance on Controversial Non-Discrimination Provisions

  As we have noted in prior blog posts, the controversial non-discrimination provisions of OSHA’s electronic recordkeeping rules have been challenged in court.
